Welcome to Aerobics! Hopefully this class will be a fun and challenging experience as you try out different forms of aerobic exercise.  

This course will cover the main topics of Nutrition, Physical Fitness, Drugs/Alcohol Prevention, Family and Mental Health, and Environmental Health.  Along with normal paper assignments and worksheets, we will also be using documentaries and projects to understand the material needed to be covered in class.
